Take a Selfie with Santa Competition

1. Introduction

• District Take a Selfie with Santa Competition commences at 10:00am (CST) on Thursday 19 December and concludes at 1:00pm (CST) Sunday 22 December 2024.
• The Competition is promoted by District Outlet Centre Adelaide, 22/24 Nobby Buckley Drive, Parafield SA 5106
• All entrants will be subject to and will need to adhere to the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alteration to these terms and conditions.
• To enter the competition, entrants must find Santa in District Outlet Centre, snap a selfie with Santa, upload it to Facebook and/or Instagram and tag District Outlet Centre Adelaide for a chance to win 1 of 10 $50 District Gift Vouchers

2. Prize: The promotion prize has a total value of $500.00 and consists of the following:

3. Entry & Eligibility

• To enter the District Take a Selfie with Santa competition, snap a selfie with Santa, upload it to Facebook and/or Instagram and tag District Outlet Centre Adelaide for a chance to win 1 of 10 $50 District Gift Vouchers
• The Promotion is open to all South Australian residents except employees, contractors, agents of District Outlet Centre Adelaide, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees or related body corporate and their immediate families; tenants at District Outlet Centre Adelaide and their immediate families; the staff of tenants at District Outlet Centre Adelaide and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants at District Outlet Centre Adelaide and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of the Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenant means retailer, lessees, licensees and, in the case of a corporation, includes their directors.
• All participants under the age of 18 must have prior consent from their parent or guardian before entering the Promotion and must be able to provide evidence of such consent on request.

4. Selection of winner

• Winners will be selected at 10:00am (CST) Monday 23 December 2024. They will be notified via social media and in writing via email, with their last name, first initial and postcode published on the District Outlet Centre Adelaide website for 7 days from Monday 23 December 2024.
• The competition will be drawn by random draw once they have qualified the Entry and Eligibility terms outlined
• In the event that the winners do not adhere to the competition general terms and conditions the next competition entrant will be awarded thereafter.

General Terms and Conditions

• No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
• Any decision made by Centre Management at District Outlet Centre Adelaide in respect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Winners must claim their prize from District Outlet Centre Adelaide Centre Management Office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, within three months of the draw date.
• If the Prize is not claimed within three months of the draw date, the prize will go to the next competition entrant.
• The redraw will be drawn by random draw after 12:00pm (CST) Monday 24 March 2025. They will be notified via social media and in writing via email, with their last name, first initial and postcode published on the District Outlet Centre Adelaide website for 7 days from Tuesday 25 March 2025.
• If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
• Proof of identity will be required to claim the Prize.
• If the Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s nominated parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification on the Winner’s behalf. The parent/guardian shall be deemed the Winner for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
• By entering the Promotion, the entrants hereby give District Outlet Centre Adelaide and the Promoter authority to publicly announce their name (should they be the Winner) at the time of the selection and at any stage thereafter.
• The Prizes must be taken as offered and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms and conditions.
• The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of the Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the supplier/service provider of the Prize.
• The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with a Prize.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prizes.

• If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public health orders and the like, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
